6 AM ✓ Bed stretches + cold water
7 AM ✗ Not ready yet — starting tomorrow
10 AM ✓ Fermented bean paste soup with rice at 11 AM and a walk
5:30 ✓ Raw fish with rice and vegetables dinner at 7 PM and stretch
10 PM ✓ Lights out by 10 PM
First day. Started with some stretching. I think they call it the frog style stretch, working on your pelvis. Walked after lunch. But strange thing was that my lungs were burning when I was just walking. Around 20 minute walk. Not sure what happened. Passed out for 3 hours after the walk. I walked double the distance just couple of days ago without too much issue. Is it the new stretch? Not sure
