6 AM β Slept well but woke up late
7 AM β 50 min walk to supermarket
10 AM β Breakfast as planned β salad + yogurt bowl
5:30 β Dinner by 6 PM
10 PM β Good sleep
Day two. Slept well but woke up late, so the schedule shifted. No lunch β just breakfast as planned from the new menu.
Walked to the supermarket to buy ingredients for the meal plan. 50 minutes of walking. Getting warmer outside which helps. The big thing: less burning in my lungs compared to yesterday. Yesterday a 20-minute walk had my lungs on fire and I passed out for 3 hours after. Today I did more than double the distance and felt better. Thatβs real progress in just one day.
