Day three. Saturday. Slept 11 hours and woke up feeling rested. Wife is amazed that me and my daughter slept through the entire thunderstorm overnight β€” apparently there was heavy rain, loud thunder, and debris hitting the house. I have no idea what she’s talking about.

Stomach has been uncomfortable. Pretty sure it’s from combining grapefruit with Greek yogurt β€” the citrus acid curdles the dairy and slows digestion. Dropping grapefruit from the breakfast bowl going forward.

Also realized that cramming 3 meals into an 8-hour eating window was too much. The body doesn’t have enough time to properly digest between meals. Switching to 2 meals: breakfast at 10 AM and dinner at 5:30 PM, with each meal slightly larger to compensate. This gives a 7.5-hour gap between meals for proper digestion.

Thunderstorm and rain kept me indoors β€” no walk today. Rest day.
