6 AM ✗ No morning routine — Sunday
7 AM ✗ No exercise
10 AM ✗ Church lunch — finger food only
5:30 ✗ No proper dinner
10 PM ✓ Sleep OK
Day four. Sunday. Sundays are hard to keep any kind of routine. Went to church, had lunch there — just finger food, nothing from the meal plan. No exercise, no stretching. The whole day was off-schedule.
This is going to be a recurring challenge. Sundays break the routine every week. Need to figure out how to handle it — either accept it as a rest day or find a way to fit at least some of the basics in around the church schedule.
