🍳 10 AM Turkey sandwich instead of planned breakfast
🍽️ 5:30 Chicken soup and salad
😴 10 PM Good sleep

Day five. Monday. Slept well — body is recovering from the off-schedule Sunday. Replaced the planned breakfast with a turkey sandwich. Not ideal but at least eating something decent. Dinner was chicken soup and salad. No exercise today. Back to the routine after the Sunday break.
