Day six. Tuesday. Not sticking to the routine at all. Meals are off β€” ended up eating instant ramyun late at night, which is the opposite of what I should be doing. Eating late wrecks the whole sleep schedule and the 16:8 window.

The one bright spot: started doing stepper exercises. It’s a small step but at least it’s some form of movement happening. Need to get the rest of the routine back on track though β€” the meals especially.
