7 AM β Started stepper exercises

5:30 β Instant ramyun late at night
10 PM β Late night eating
Day six. Tuesday. Not sticking to the routine at all. Meals are off β ended up eating instant ramyun late at night, which is the opposite of what I should be doing. Eating late wrecks the whole sleep schedule and the 16:8 window.
The one bright spot: started doing stepper exercises. Itβs a small step but at least itβs some form of movement happening. Need to get the rest of the routine back on track though β the meals especially.
