Day seven. Wednesday. One week in. Continuing the stepper exercises from yesterday β building consistency with movement is the priority right now. Small steps, literally.
After dinner, was watching something on TV, and was suddenly overwhelmed by a sense of how lonely my mother would have been after my fatherβs death. Deeper the love, deeper the pain for her.
