🌅 6 AM Woke up early for BTS concert stream
💪 7 AM Gym — walk, jog, some weights
🍳 10 AM
🍽️ 5:30 One meal for the day
😴 10 PM Sleep interrupted — split into two sessions

Day seventeen. Saturday. Sleep got cut short — woke up early in the morning to watch the BTS return concert with my wife. Worth it for her. Going back to sleep after the show to catch up on rest. Have to make sure we start putting exercise first.

Started gym today. Walk to gym, jog around for few laps. some weight work. So weak. Fingers crossed that I can keep it up.
