Day eighteen. Sunday. Slept well β€” body recovering from yesterday’s first gym session. Went to church, had lunch there.

Went to the gym again but had to cut it short β€” thunderstorm and hail rolled in. Running back to the car in the hail was quite painful. Still counts as day two at the gym though. Showing up is what matters.
