6 AM β Good sleep after gym day
7 AM β Gym β cut short by thunderstorm and hail

Day eighteen. Sunday. Slept well β body recovering from yesterdayβs first gym session. Went to church, had lunch there.
Went to the gym again but had to cut it short β thunderstorm and hail rolled in. Running back to the car in the hail was quite painful. Still counts as day two at the gym though. Showing up is what matters.
